Friendly staff

We spent the time to download the app and ordered through it. This chippers had a wonderful reputation, but no longer.
We ordered two large fish meals, two portions of onion rings, and two strawberry milkshakes. The onion rings and the milkshakes were very tasty, but the two large fish meals were an absolute disgrace. The battered fish was dry, overcooked, and so hard that it was impossible to cut it with a knife and the chips were so dry and starchy, and had clearly been reheated to the point of being inedible. Also the service was less than desirable, the lady behind the counter has clearly no skill with dealing with the public and the app never actually let us know when the food was ready. Would not recommend to anyone, and for what we received due to the expense, an apology and a refund would be much appreciated.
Hi John-Luke, we're very sorry for your experience. This isn't the standard we aim for. Please email [email protected] with your order number and mention Tony's so we can make it right.
Cannot say enough good things about Tony’s. The food is always delicious and hot when I eat it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this fast food outlet to anyone that appreciates food that tastes as good as it looks. Never disappoints. Thanks Guy ‘n Dolls. Accepts cards or cash. Self orders available on touch screen at the counter.
